Job Title: Warehouse Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Warehouse Intern to support strategic transformation initiatives within our

warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply problem-solving and process improvement skills to make a

real impact on efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, implement best practices, and

support digital and process innovations that enhance overall warehouse performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Improvement: Analyze current warehouse workflows and identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for

automation or efficiency improvement.

  • Strategic Projects: Assist in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives such as layout redesign, inventory

optimization, and adoption of new technologies (e.g., barcode systems, WMS upgrades).

  • Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data related to warehouse performance (inventory accuracy, pick rates, turnaround

times, etc.) to support decision-making.

  • Standardization: Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution across

warehouse teams.

  • Change Management: Support training, communication, and adoption of new processes among warehouse staff.
  • Sustainability & Safety: Contribute to initiatives that improve workplace safety, ergonomics, and sustainability in

warehouse operations.

  • Reporting: Prepare dashboards, project reports, and presentations for management review.

Qualification & Skills

  • Pursuing a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or

a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process details.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about operational excellence and process transformation.
