Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure timely packing, loading, and dispatch of goods.
  • Track deliveries and update customers/teams on status.
  • Maintain dispatch records and share daily reports.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of products before dispatch.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in dispatch/warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 2 years (Required)
  • Tally: 2 years (Required)
  • CO- ORDINATION: 2 years (Required)
