  • Accountable for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE
  • Coordination with Suppliers and Destination Management Companies
  • To Maintain Good Relationship with domestic & international suppliers.
  • Supervising the operations of the tour & ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Coordination with corporates and customers for all pre departure formalities
  • To look into clients complaints on tours
  • Maintain liaison with airlines/consulates/tourism bodies
