Job Title: Facility Manager / General Manager

Location: Purva Riviera Apartment Owners' Association (PRAOA), Marathahalli, Bengaluru

Reporting To: Management Committee

Overview:

Purva Riviera Apartment Owners' Association (PRAOA) is seeking an experienced and responsible Facility Manager (General Manager) to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the community. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the facility, effective vendor management, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the residential society including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and amenities.
  • Coordinate and follow up with BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM, and other government agencies on civic and utility matters.
  • Supervise and manage staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
  • Handle resident complaints and feedback efficiently and ensure high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety protocols, and community guidelines.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, service contracts, and renewal management.
  • Maintain proper records of attendance, AMC contracts, complaints, and maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any Discipline)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial facility management.

Languages:

  • Must be fluent in Kannada and English / Hindi (fluency in all three languages will be an advantage).
  • Key Experience Required:
  • Hands-on experience handling BBMP, BWSSB, and BESCOM related issues and coordination.Additional Information:
  • Candidate must possess good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multi-department coordination.
  • Background verification and police verification will be conducted by PRAOA before final selection.
