We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, present our services, and schedule meetings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Ciara Homes' offerings and effectively communicate them to prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in meeting client needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or pre-sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in handling luxury villas, farmhouses, or construction-related inquiries.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market and surrounding localities.
