Job Title :IT Support EngineerIdeal Experience :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field with Minimum 2 years of experience in database engineering within the EV & Automobile industry. Roles and Responsibilities :Handle incidents, service requests, and major incidents via Freshservice tickets or emails. Initiate and lead bridge calls for P1/P2 issues, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance and timely resolution to restore BAU operations.

Follow escalation matrices and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional teams (CFTs). Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by working closely with resolution teams and maintain detailed incident documentation. Support IT operational tasks such as VIN removal, vehicle onboarding, dock updates, and battery swapping system operations.

Use basic SQL queries for data validation and database-related updates. Participate in rotational shifts (7 AM – 11 PM IST) to ensure 16/7 support coverage. Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to drive resolution and maintain service quality.

Role Specific Skills/Competencies :Industry Knowledge: Understanding of similer industry technologies. ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, RCA, and request management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data operations.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and present technical information clearly. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Proficient in Incident, Problem, and Request Management.

Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes; ITIL certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Excellent email communication and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). Note : Looking for Immediate Joiners
