Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team, primarily focused on promoting fixed income products (bonds, debentures, structured products, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, client acquisition, fixing meetings for the sales team, and supporting overall business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential investors (HNIs, UHNIs, corporates etc) to introduce fixed income investment opportunities.
* Understand client requirements and briefly explain the product.
* Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Relationship Management / Sales Team.
* Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details in the CRM system.
* Assist in executing call campaigns and lead generation activities.
* Support the sales team with client coordination and basic documentation when needed.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or investment products.
* Basic understanding of bonds, debentures, and fixed income investments is a plus.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or relevant regional language).
* Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
* Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
* Good interpersonal and listening skills.
* Self-motivated and result-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
