Job Description / Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for both sales and service support.
  • Manage bank transfers, vendor payments, and maintain effective client coordination.
  • Book flight/train tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for business travel.
  • Prepare fare quotations and detailed travel itineraries for employees and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
  • Coordinate with travel portals, billers, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including office coordination and record keeping.
  • Support the management team in daily operational and communication activities.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  • Graduate with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, administration, or travel coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, travel booking tools, and handling documentation.
