Role Overview:The Pre-Sales & Telecalling Executive will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for ongoing and upcoming projects. This hybrid role involves both telecalling to potential clients and managing in-depth pre-sales interactions to ensure smooth conversion of leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and key features to prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, feedback, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with timely lead handovers and client updates.
Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and improve conversion rates.
Assist in marketing activities such as campaigns and events.
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in real estate, telecalling, or pre-sales.
Basic understanding of the real estate industry is an advantage.
Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
