Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller with real estate experience to join our sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, maintaining client databases, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to real estate projects and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic interaction.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert them into sales.
- Update and manage the CRM/database with lead status and follow-up details.
- Understand the company's real estate projects, pricing, and features to communicate effectively with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely client engagement and closure.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Certification or background in Sales / Marketing / Real Estate is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day/week
- Lead generation and qualification rate
- Site visit conversion ratio
- Follow-up consistency and client satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
