Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Supervise and streamline day-to-day operations for banking and NBFC clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Liaise with client banks, NBFCs, and internal legal/collection teams for operational coordination and data exchange.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and trackers as per client requirements.
- Review and standardize operational workflows, SOPs, and internal processes for efficiency and transparency.
2. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain detailed MIS reports on collection performance, portfolio health, and productivity metrics.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to recoveries, settlements, and legal escalations.
- Track and present key KPIs such as resolution rate, collection efficiency, TAT adherence, and portfolio trends.
- Design automated dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility for management and clients.
3. Collections Process & Performance Monitoring
- Coordinate with collection, legal, and telecalling teams to ensure timely account action and resolution.
- Evaluate collection strategies and provide insights based on data analysis and field performance.
- Track agency performance, field visits, settlements, and legal follow-ups to ensure revenue realization.
- Identify bottlenecks in collection or documentation flow and recommend process corrections.
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the central point of contact for banking/NBFC partners for operational discussions, performance reviews, and audits.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and adherence to SLAs.
- Prepare and present monthly business and performance reports to senior management and clients.
5. Process Optimization & Compliance
- Implement and maintain internal controls for data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal teams for reconciliations and revenue tracking.
- Support internal and client-side audits by ensuring data integrity and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to automation, digitization, and workflow improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills with advanced Excel and MIS proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with collection processes, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of NBFC/banking operations, loan management, and recovery frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with client-facing maturity.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle pressure effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations and MIS roles within banks, NBFCs, or collection agencies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar data visualization tools.
- Exposure to SARFAESI, DRT, and NPA management processes will be an advantage.
