About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential distributors and corporate clients to pitch Generate Trade's partnership and gifting solutions.
- Clearly explain our corporate gifting range, value propositions, and partnership benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, follow-ups, and CRM tracking.
- Schedule virtual/in-person meetings with senior sales representatives and key clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product catalog, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Document all call interactions, feedback, and next steps in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and collateral support.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar customer-facing role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
