In 2021, Open Secret expanded its focus to become a one-stop platform for all things unjunked to cater to the consumer desire for 'better-for-you' food and beverage options across the day. Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels. About the CEO and Co-Founder: Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Identify new retail opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territories. - Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights for growth. - Train and guide sales staff or field teams to improve execution and performance. - Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Proven 2-3 Years of experience in offline sales, retail, or FMCG distribution. 2. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 3. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions. 4. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 5. Understanding of the retail and FMCG ecosystem is a plus.
