Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.About the CEO and Co-Founder:Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.Key Responsibilities:- Support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and key business projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Category, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.- Conduct data analysis and prepare insights to support decision-making.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and suggest corrective actions.- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects across the value 1-2 years of experience as a CEO's Office in Supply Chain / Operations / Planning.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, start-up environment.- Prior experience in a food or FMCG start-up will be a strong advantage.
