Position: Telecaller Executive

Experience: 0–3 Years

Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs while representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/CRM team for lead closures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • HSC / Graduate in any stream.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of telecalling experience can apply.
