Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager at our Noida location. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, overseeing nationwide sales operations, managing key accounts, and leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals. Additionally, the role involves budgeting, business planning, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Sales and Account Management
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
