- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the NVH business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales, service, and testing professionals (approx. 8-10 members).
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed national sales targets for NVH instrumentation, solutions, and testing services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in target industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, R&D).
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, applications, and strategic partnerships to expand NVH business footprint.
- Service & Testing Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of NVH testing and after-sales service, integrating seamlessly with sales efforts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the NVH space to inform strategy.
- Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to the CEO.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect at senior management levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
