Job Details Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the NVH business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales, service, and testing professionals (approx. 8-10 members).
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed national sales targets for NVH instrumentation, solutions, and testing services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in target industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, R&D).
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, applications, and strategic partnerships to expand NVH business footprint.
  • Service & Testing Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of NVH testing and after-sales service, integrating seamlessly with sales efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the NVH space to inform strategy.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to the CEO.

Candidate Evaluation Criteria:
  • Demonstrated ability to drive national sales and achieve ambitious targets in a technical or specialized engineering domain.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales and service teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect at senior management levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with a significant portion in a national role within engineering products, test & measurement, or related B2B industries. Experience in NVH or a highly technical instrumentation sales is a significant plus.
