Job Title: National Sales Manager(FMCG)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations across India. This is an exciting opportunity to shape national sales strategies, build high-performing teams, and strengthen customer relationships while contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to ensure strong performance and growth.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with regional managers on pricing strategies, territory management, and inventory planning.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through relationship-building and proactive engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic sales planning and execution at a national level, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing multi-regional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and revenue management.
  • Ability to attract, hire, and nurture talent across regions.
  • Multilingual capabilities and computer literacy.
  • Experience in the incense or related industry is an advantage.
