Job Description: Operations + Pre- Sales Executive Intern – Bangalore

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage deployments, support clients, and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Jr. Operations Executive

  • Lead and support Syook's deployment plans across client sites (Pan India).
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and daily operational stand-ups.
  • Conduct site surveys, configure & install hardware, and provide training to end-users.
  • Offer post-deployment operational & technical support.
  • Support cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D with testing new hardware).
  • Drive client management to improve customer experience & retention.
  • Motivate and manage teams in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
  • Track operations metrics to improve productivity, reduce errors, and optimize costs

Business Executive (Pre-sales) Side

  • Assisting the sales team before a deal is closed (pre-sales stage).
  • Preparing demos, presentations, or product walk-throughs for clients.
  • Collecting client requirements and sharing them with the product/tech team.
  • Supporting proposal creation, quotations, or RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office.
  • Knowledge of project management, operations, and supply chain management.
  • Basic understanding of configuring/troubleshooting routers, modems, and working with electronic components.

  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle unexpected challenges and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and growth mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
