The Policy Exchange is a pioneering platform enabling investors to participate in a new asset class by purchasing existing life insurance policies available at a discount to their market value. The model bridges policyholders seeking liquidity and investors seeking stable, market-linked returns creating a win-win ecosystem.
We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Zonal Head to lead regional growth, drive distribution partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.
Role Overview
The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving business growth and leading sales operations for The Policy Exchange across the assigned zone. This role entails developing and executing strategic plans to expand partner networks, acquire investors, and enhance product penetration. The incumbent will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with distributors, financial advisors, and wealth managers, and ensure exceptional partner and investor experience. In close coordination with central teams, the Zonal Head will provide market insights, ensure compliance adherence, and contribute to shaping the company's regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Drive sales growth for The Policy Exchange in the assigned zone, achieving revenue and acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute zonal strategies for new partner onboarding, investor acquisition, and product penetration.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key distribution partners, financial advisors, and wealth managers.
2. Team Management & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional/Area Managers and Sales Executives.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure delivery on productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular training and reviews to strengthen product understanding and sales effectiveness.
3. Partner & Investor Engagement
- Develop & Build strong relationships with partner networks, family offices, and investment intermediaries.
- Represent The Policy Exchange at regional events, roadshows, and client meetings.
- Ensure high-quality investor experience through efficient coordination and service support.
4. Strategic Inputs & Coordination
- Work closely with central teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to align regional strategies.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to shape product positioning.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, process, and brand standards across all operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1015 years of experience in financial products ideally in life insurance, mutual funds, or wealth management distribution.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management across multiple locations.
- Strong network of distributors, IFAs, and investment advisors in the region.
