Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with a passion for sales, growth, and earning potential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love closing deals, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly sales through paid leads & data calling.
Pitch relevant property options to prospective buyers.
Assist in site visits and ensure smooth deal closures.
Daily follow-ups on assigned leads to maximize conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate as a team player under the guidance of the sales manager.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication (English ,Tamil,+ Hindi is Plus).
Strong negotiation & customer handling skills.
Ability to make quick, confident decisions.
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
