Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and providing product information to prospective clients. They will also work closely with the sales team to develop pre-sales strategies and ensure seamless transition of leads to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Lead generation, market research, and sales presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement pre-sales strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
