Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients, focusing on startups and emerging businesses.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for recruitment and payroll service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
