About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for digital and creative roles and a strong understanding of the dynamic nature of agency environments. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent that fuels our company's success and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Digital Marketing, Media, Strategy, Creative, Design, and Content.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and skill expectations.

Source, screen, and interview candidates using various job boards, LinkedIn, and creative platforms.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.

Maintain and update hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards regularly.

Support employer branding initiatives through creative hiring campaigns, social media engagement, and recruitment drives.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive people-first initiatives and promote a strong company culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a digital agency or marketing firm.

Proven experience in hiring for digital marketing, performance, media planning, creative, and design profiles.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ATS tools and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
