Job Deliverables – Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Talent Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.

  • Forecast hiring needs in alignment with business growth and workforce planning.

  • Design and implement robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across roles and levels.

2. Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, recruitment firms, campus drives, and employee referrals.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.

3. Screening & Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential fits.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and timely recruitment process.

  • Administer and analyze candidate assessments where applicable.

4. Recruitment Operations & Coordination:

  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records.

  • Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations.

  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment KPIs, timelines, and hiring standards.

5. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Promote a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Damati Group by articulating our values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires.

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely feedback.

6. Market Insights & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices within the manufacturing and export sectors.

  • Propose and implement process improvements for enhanced recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of the sales team by implementing effective HR strategies. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing, FMCG, or export-driven sectors.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and recruitment analytics.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • A passion for identifying talent and building high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification or certification in HR (e.g., PGDM in HR, SHRM-CP, PHR).

  • Prior experience in scaling recruitment for high-growth or export-oriented organizations.
