Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR operations and drive our people strategy. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for building a strong, positive, and performance-driven workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives. You will oversee key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Forecast manpower requirements to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
  • Implement effective performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and leadership development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risk.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
  • Lead payroll management and HRMS implementation to streamline HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Compliance Management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable.

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits Design.
  • Proficiency in HR Operations Management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Leadership Development programs.
