Senior HR Recruiter

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Recruiter who has a strong command over IT recruitment and can independently manage the full recruitment cycle. This role demands a high degree of ownership, speed, and stakeholder partnership to ensure timely and quality hiring across critical technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end IT recruitment – from understanding the requirement to onboarding.

● Partner closely with department heads and business leaders to translate talent needs into effective hiring strategies.

● Identify, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent through various sourcing platforms and networks.

● Maintain hiring quality, process compliance, and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

● Manage multiple concurrent mandates while ensuring delivery within defined timelines.

● Generate and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership review.

Expected Competencies:

● 5–7 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (product and service exposure preferred).

● Strong understanding of technical skill sets, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

● Ability to handle niche and volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

● Proficiency in ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and reporting mechanisms.
