Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales initiatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. They will develop and execute strategic sales plans, guide and manage the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will contribute to business growth by identifying market trends and providing insights to enhance product offerings and services.

- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Management, and Target Achievement
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Ability to perform Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Team Leadership skills
- Adaptability, Proactive Approach, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related industry is advantageous
