Business Development Associate

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and internal databases.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting open positions on various channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate database, and internal reports accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Desired Skills & Abilities:

• Education: BBA / MBA in Human Resources or related field (Freshers welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/portals.
• Good understanding of basic HR functions and hiring processes.
• Excellent research, networking, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
