**Trainee
- Non-Compliance Inventory**

**What This Position Is All About**:
Trainee - NCI (non-compliance inventory) is in charge of investigating, assessing, and establishing a communication channel for various compliance issues that a company may encounter. The task at hand
will need daily analysis of numerous inventory compliance issues, as well as a high level of collaboration with multiple internal organizations and information technology teams.

**You Also Have**:
? Strong financial aptitude with 0-1 years of work experience in Accounts Payable processes with MNCs/GICs, with preference to Retail industry focused on payable functions
? Basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
? Driven process improvements
? Issue management and resolution
? Issue escalation / management of exceptions
? B. Com or BBA or BBM (mandatory) or MBA Finance (preferred)

**As the Trainee - Noncompliance Inventory you will**:
? Identification of Noncompliance cases and compliance issues involved
? Utilizing Google Sheets to maintain the record of compliance issues faced by the organization
? Analyzing various compliance issues and the factors that drive them
? Conducting a regular root cause analysis and identifying actions that need to be taken to rectify
any compliance issue
? Establishing a channel of communication with various teams
? Provide weekly updates New York partner, buying teams and accounts payable team
