**Trainer II**

**Role and Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the processes, voice operations, and underwriting.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure they are current and effective.
- **Coaching**: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to address individual learning needs and improve performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage with a focus on voice operations. Previous training experience is highly desirable.**

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of **banking processes** and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software.
