Trainee Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn recruitment best practices and assist in executing recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support for all recruitment-related activities.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- **KPI**: Assist in reducing time-to-hire for entry-level roles by 10%.

2. **Recruitment Coordination**
- **KPI**: Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- **KPI**: Achieve 90% satisfaction from recruitment team for overall support provided.

3. **Learning and Development**
- **KPI**: Complete all assigned tasks with a 95% success rate within deadlines.
- **KPI**: Demonstrate a 10% improvement in task completion efficiency within six months.
- **KPI**: Successfully attend and complete training programs in recruitment practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, BBA/B. Com or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
