Roles and Responsibility:
1. Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.
2. Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals ,Social Media network and also generating leads through referencing.
4. Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the client.
6. Facilitate continuous process improvements Ability to manage, coach and mentor a team of experienced recruiters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
