**Job Title: Trainee Recruiter (Night Shift)**

**Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, India (Onsite Position)**

**No Cab Facility**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

**Excellent command over English language both written and verbal.**
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- **Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST).**:

- **Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours.**:

- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
