Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Head, based in Jaipur. The B2B Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business-to-business sales strategies. They will establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure revenue growth. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Proficiency in market research and sales data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
