We are now expanding DoD across
E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, and Supply Chain
, and we are hiring a
Growth Marketing Manager
to lead demand generation and enterprise marketing.

Role Overview

This is a
marketing-first role with sales exposure
. You will own the design and execution of
campaigns that generate enterprise leads
, build the DoD brand in key sectors, and support the sales team with high-quality content and enablement.

You will be the
founding growth hire
, shaping Humanli's GTM engine and fast-tracking into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design and execute
digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, webinars)
to generate qualified enterprise leads.

·      Create
case studies, whitepapers, and sector-specific collaterals
for Ecom, Retail, Logistics, Power, and Supply Chain.

·      Drive
account-based marketing (ABM)
strategies for high-value accounts in India and the USA.

·      Build Humanli's
brand presence at industry conferences and events
.

·      Support
sales enablement
with proposals, presentations, and strategic pitches.

·      Work directly with founders to
refine GTM and pricing narratives
.

Candidate Profile

·      3–7 years of experience in
B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation
(SaaS/Enterprise preferred).

·      Proven ability to design and run
demand-gen or ABM campaigns
.

·      Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

·      Comfort in
enterprise-level conversations
with CXOs.

·      Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in early-stage, build-from-zero environments.

·      Exposure to
E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, or Supply Chain
is a plus.

(MBA preferred but
not mandatory
– we value experience and results first.)

Compensation

·      
Fixed Salary:
₹15–20 LPA

·      
Performance Bonus:
Up to 30–40% of fixed, linked to pipeline generated and closures supported.

ESOPs:
Considered after 12 months for high performers.
