We're Hiring: Head of Marketing (B2B/SaaS | In-House)

We're looking for a hands-on
Head of Marketing
who specializes in B2B growth and SaaS marketing strategies. This role is execution + strategy combined, with focus on tools, automation, and measurable ROI.

Position:
Head of Marketing

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office Only)

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4–6+ Years in B2B / SaaS Marketing

Salary: Best in Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end B2B lead generation campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Manage SEO strategy & competitor analysis via SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Design and implement ABM (Account Based Marketing) campaigns.
  • Run targeted LinkedIn outreach & content-driven campaigns.
  • Manage HubSpot & Klaviyo workflows (automation, email sequences, lead nurturing).
  • Oversee social media presence with B2B positioning.
  • Coordinate workflow and projects via Asana.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver performance reports.

Requirements:

4–6+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (B2B/SaaS mandatory)

Strong hands-on skills with:

SEMRush

PPC basics (Google, Meta)

HubSpot

Klaviyo

Asana

LinkedIn Marketing (mandatory for B2B)

ABM strategies

Ability to drive MQL/SQL growth with scalable campaigns

Excellent communication and reporting skills
