Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market strategy for 0.5 MMT through optimal product–market mix
  • Drive demand generation initiatives to enhance and expand market reach
  • Build and manage strong distribution channels, ensuring efficiency in channel receivables
  • Oversee subsidy inflows while streamlining working capital and inventory utilization
  • Lead product innovation and market development initiatives

Desired Attributes:

  • Candidate with 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fertilizer industry
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Agri-Business or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across different levels
