Job Title: Business Development Manager - OEM Sales

Location: Jamnagar

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager - OEM Sales for our existing and new product segment such as Valves, and clamps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with OEM clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the OEM sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with OEM clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align offerings with market demands.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while delivering value to clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Develop marketing strategies targeted at OEM clients in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to attract potential OEM customers
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Track key sales metrics, including customer acquisition rates, revenue trends, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on OEM clients within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
