Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Support project teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking issues, risks, and changes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
