PCT Elite Enterprises is a fast-growing business based in Pala, focusing on delivering quality and reliability across its services. We are currently looking for an experienced and trustworthy Finance Manager to join our team and take charge of our financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting and financial operations
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax filings are accurate and timely
  • Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, and fund management
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants
  • Implement financial controls and risk management measures
  • Generate MIS reports for management review

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial software
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good communication and team coordination abilities
  • Preferably from or willing to relocate to Pala, Kerala
