We are looking for a Support Intern to assist with customer-related tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning experience while contributing directly to smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The intern will work closely with Chris, who will provide guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic customer support tasks, such as responding to queries, logging issues, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal task tracking and communication between teams.
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Support in m anaging routine issues. (Like call with Nefertari)
  • Escalate technical or complex cases to senior team members when needed.
  • Need to create tasks and JIRA to support team members

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn customer support processes.
  • Based in the US or India (internship role).

Internship Details:

  • Internship Period: 4 Months - 12,000/- per month as Stipend.
  • Job Confirmation: To be hired as a full-time BA & CS after 2 months based on performance and up to 3.5 LPA CTC Annual.
  • Candidate will use their personal laptops during the internship.
