About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on experience in logistics operations, customer interaction, and supply chain coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between our logistics team and customers, helping resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to logistics and order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Help resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and customer interactions
  • Support process improvement initiatives in logistics and customer service
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
