About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on experience in logistics operations, customer interaction, and supply chain coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between our logistics team and customers, helping resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status
- Respond to customer inquiries related to logistics and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Help resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and customer interactions
- Support process improvement initiatives in logistics and customer service
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
