
Business Development Officer

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive student enrollments and promote our courses. The role involves developing marketing strategies, engaging with potential students, and collaborating with instructors to create impactful promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our courses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with instructors and the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Engage with potential customers, address their queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Driving License and Two-wheeler (mandatory).
Preferred:
- Experience in the education sector / student counseling will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Pay: ₹11, ₹34,391.86 per month
