Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our advanced technological solutions in IoT, Embedded, and AI/ML. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn). * Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to Hexcodeplus's services and capabilities. * Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities in our CRM system. * Presentations & Proposals: Schedule meetings for the senior sales team and assist in preparing compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition. * Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. * Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and prospective clients. * Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and initial sales conversions. * Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and clear communication of our service offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech, BBA, or MBA is a plus). * 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * A proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals. * A genuine interest in technology, particularly in IoT, Embedded Systems, and AI/ML. * Proficiency in using MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in an IT or technology-based company. * Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle. * Familiarity with CRM software.
