Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)Summary:

We are looking for a
dynamic and fluent Business Development Executive (BDE)
with excellent communication skills and a polished accent to engage with international clients, build strong business relationships, and drive global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and negotiations with global stakeholders
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and ensure follow-up on client interactions
  • Represent the company professionally with a polished and confident communication style

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
    with a
    neutral / polished accent
    (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in
    international client handling
    is preferred
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM & online communication tools
