Marketing Executive B2B Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Executive who blends creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, campaign execution, and marketing analytics, with the ability to think from the customers perspective and drive measurable outcomes across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

Campaign & strategy

  • Support end-to-end execution of B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and sales goals.
  • Understand and map the marketing and sales funnel to nurture leads effectively.

Design & content creation

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials and social media creatives using Canva.
  • Contribute to campaign ideas, messaging, and storytelling from a customer and behaviour perspective.

Digital & performance marketing

  • Assist in running and monitoring campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, ad managers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support in improving campaign ROI through data-driven insights.

Email & CRM management

  • Execute and track email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing journeys.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking and engagement analysis.
  • Manage large datasets efficiently for segmentation and personalized marketing efforts.

SEO & website

  • Support in optimizing website content for SEO and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with web and content teams for updates, blogs, and landing page creation.

Events & partnerships

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate summits, webinars, and partner marketing events.
  • Manage event communication, collaterals, and post-event follow-ups.

Skills & qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B or corporate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and marketing psychology.
  • Proficiency in Canva, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
