JD for Executive/Sr Executive – Marketing

  • Coordination and execution of promotional and advertising activities.
  • Supporting the Marketing Communications/brand Managers to deliver assigned campaigns, on time within budget and in line with strategic objectives.
  • Printing and execution of collaterals.
  • Regular feedback and consumer interactions for the campaigns being executed.
  • Preparing and sharing a MIS report to manager weekly.,
  • Preparing and following a check list for Cross Promotional material availability and Managing branding issues for entire Market.
  • Work in correlation with marketing service providers such as digital & offset printers, logistic teams, BTL. Agency Vendors etc to arrive at the best arrangements for the company.
  • Negotiations to ensure best rates are shared.
  • Observing market trends, latest innovations, competitor tracking.
  • Documentation of competitor's day-today activities (Communication/Signage/ running offers / Paper ads/et.c).
