The opportunity : Senior Manager-NAT-Markets-CBS - MKT - Digital Products & Solutions - Bangalore

CBS - MKT - Digital Products & Solutions :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

By following EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and judicious programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements. And by accessing our latest EY insights, solutions and client conversation tools, we have more meaningful conversations with our clients to help shape their thinking and generate additional value creation.

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations.  Key responsibilities includes:

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives 
• Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
• Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review 
• Preparing GTM materials for the firm 
• Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Lead, coach and manage Product team as Product Manager.
• Lead Product Manager driving more complex products or product lines
• Discover, Define and manage the Product Backlog and Release Roadmap, working across the organization and its executives
• Create Epics and User Stories based on feedback from internal teams and client/partner requests
• Build strong prioritization and estimation frameworks to drive product buildouts
• Customer focused product development
• Innovate and improve product processes to create best in class products
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills that drive the best decisions for our products
• Ensure that products are aligned with our engineering principles upfront
• Hiring/interviewing of additional team members to the Development Teams
• Be the product representative (presentations, events, writing articles) Ideally, you'll also have
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be a curious mind, leveraging the best in Product Management and AI to create market leading products
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA/MCA

Experience

• Product Management (8+ years)
