Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the development of marketing strategies. Additionally, responsibilities include delivering product training to customers, overseeing sales management processes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management.
  • Experience in Training and onboarding customers
  • the candidate has successfully completed their 12th grade/standard education (high school graduation/senior secondary education)

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
  • Self-motivated with organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred.
